Welcome to Whaiwā's Tahae Prevent inventory optimization application. By deploying or subscribing to this service, you explicitly agree to these standardized Terms and Conditions structured under New Zealand consumer law.
1. Subscription Plans and Billing
Tahae Prevent is offered under a free tier (subject to usage caps) and a premium tier priced at $35.00 NZD/month. Premium subscriptions are provisioned with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel within the 7-day trial period, you authorize Whaiwā to automatically charge your designated payment card via Stripe on a recurring monthly billing cycle of 30 days until cancelled. All values are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).2. Liability Limitation
Tahae Prevent is a decision-support spreadsheet and mathematical optimization tracking tool designed to assist retail and warehouse operations. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Whaiwā, its directors, developers, and affiliates shall never be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses. This includes but is not limited to: loss of retail profits, stock discrepancies, missed sales, inventory spoilage, data errors, or business disruptions.3. User Verification & Input Integrity
The outputs, low-stock threshold triggers, value computations, and consumption forecasting insights provided by our algorithms are directly dependent on user-inputted values (stock count, unit cost, SKU lists). The user maintains absolute, non-transferable responsibility for regularly conducting physical inventory checks and verifying that all records entered into our system are accurate.4. Intellectual Property & Calculators
All software patterns, custom mathematical algorithms, user experience configurations, themes, code foundations, and proprietary calculator designs featured in Tahae Prevent are the sole property of Whaiwā and are protected under New Zealand and international copyright laws.5. Governing Law
These Terms are formed and governed strictly in accordance with the laws of New Zealand (consistent with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986). Any formal dispute resolutions shall take place under New Zealand courts.

To provide you with secure access to our inventory tools, we collect Account registration details (including email addresses, company names, and authentication states). We also store entered catalog logs, supplier directories, and unit configuration statistics to synchronize your dashboard.2. Financial Data and Third-Party API Policies
Financial transactions, payment credentials, and subscription upgrades are handled exclusively and securely by Stripe. Whaiwā never accesses, records, or stores raw credit card details on native databases. Transactions are governed under Stripe's globally compliant security frameworks.3. Usage of Collected Information
Information is utilized strictly to provide active services, compute cost-profit metrics, and deliver low-limit notifications. Your information is highly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or distributed to downstream advertisers or third-party marketing companies.4. Securing and Preserving Company Records
We apply modern industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS transit locks and secure Firestore Firestore databases) to ensure data stability and confidentiality. If you choose to delete your account or cancel your premium tier, you can request that all of your catalog records be permanently deleted.5. Access Rights & NZ Agency Information
